All members of the faculty and staff are committed to the spiritual formation of students and are available for pastoral care and guidance. The community life is designed to foster a vibrant spirituality and the development of Chris tian character and gifts. RTS functions under the auspices of the Christian Organization called Gospel for India. The daily schedule of the Seminary is basically runs on the functioning of academic council.
